We're sitting at 4% because people fled us to the SNP for what they saw as a positive vision. We've maybe got one, but we're not articulating it. The Scotland Bill is a squalid compromise that lumps us in with the Tories and Labour as at best conservative gradualists in the constitutional debate.<br /><br />Moore was (strictly) correct on the two-referendums constitutionality and some of the other points he makes are valid, but if we're to recover in Scotland we need to make sure that for all the valid criticism we levy at the SNP regime, we set out something relatively radical of our own.
