Maybe the BBC should do something like this. Interesting as well that you seem to be able to pay your broadcasting fee in Sweden by putting in your personal number. I presume it's a bit like your NI number. It shows that it's possible for bureaucracies not to be complex, incomprehensible monolithic nightmares.
