Tim Farron replies to my blog questions

Yesterday, I published this post saying how generally fed up with the Party Presidential election I was and how I couldn't make up my mind who to vote for.

That is still the case. I haven't decided who to vote for and am going to take my time over it. I will vote, because I'm lucky enough to be in a party which gives each of its members a vote in these things and I think it would be wrong of me not to play my part and have my say.

It is only fair to tell you that at 17:23 last night, 3 hours and 23 minutes after I published the post, I had an e-mail from Tim Farron with answers to my questions. Some of them generate new questions which they should. I've also had a canvassing call from one of his team - who also happens to be one of my best friends.

I am not going to publish them yet, but I will in due course.

  1. You are lucky. I replied to an e-mail from his team with a single question and have heard nothing. Nor have I been canvassed. At present I am completely uninspired by either candidate.

Thanks for your comment. As long as it doesn't libel anyone, and isn't abusive, I'll publish it. I try to respond to as many as I can, but please forgive me if I don't. Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. I read and appreciate every one, even those specifically aimed at winding me up.
