How to vote in the local elections: Scotland

The Electoral Commission has produced a short cartoon to explain how to vote in the Scottish Local Elections which, of course, thanks to the Liberal Democrats, are held by STV.

I, typically, am fed up that the star of their cartoon is a bloke in a jersey called Victor. Why couldn't we have had Vicky? However, it shows that the process is as simple as 1,2,3. Enjoy. And don't forget to vote between 7am and 10pm tomorrow.

Thanks for your comment. As long as it doesn't libel anyone, and isn't abusive, I'll publish it. I try to respond to as many as I can, but please forgive me if I don't. Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. I read and appreciate every one, even those specifically aimed at winding me up.
